The longevity field is full of brilliant ideas that no one practises for long. Ten-step protocols. Stacks of fourteen capsules. Cold plunges before sunrise.
We believe in something quieter.
Three principles
Begin before the world begins. The first thirty minutes after waking shape the chemistry of the day. Light on the skin. Water before caffeine. Movement before the inbox.
Compound, do not stack. A single supplement taken every day for three years will outperform a dozen taken sporadically. Consistency is the active ingredient.
Edit, do not add. Most people do not need more — they need less of what disrupts. Less alcohol. Less artificial light after sunset. Less unnecessary stress.
A sample morning
- Natural light within ten minutes of waking
- 500 ml of mineral-rich water
- Five minutes of breath or stillness
- ALTUS NAD+ precursor with a small protein-led breakfast
- Movement — even a twenty-minute walk
That is the entire ritual. No app required.
Why slow wins
Longevity is the only project where the reward arrives decades after the work. The brain is not built to reward you for it. So we replace motivation with rhythm — and rhythm with ritual.
